All silverware, glasses are free from spots. All salt & pepper shakers, sweetener caddies are filled before each event. All tables to be set up with proper place settings as instructed on BEO’s May be required to perform other duties as assigned
Must be able to work a variety of hours, holidays and weekends Ensures all departmental personnel follow the Family Style Service model at all times Filling out beverage consumption forms correctly with proper amounts used Keeping storage room neat and orderly at all times Ensuring that meal is served correctly, promptly and on time When needed, set up tables and chairs at a moment’s notice Cleaning room after the event, clearing tables, racking dishes and glasses, sorting silverware and putting away in proper areas Setting up beverage stations, keeping track of consumption and refreshing during the day Preparing room for event glassware, dishes, setting tables properly as per event Friendly, smiling, and helping with any needs they may have during their stay at Tropicana Giving the best service to our customers at all times. Following instructions from supervisor, manager or director regarding event set up Work closely with other team members throughout event
