I told them that was calling, so they picked up. While on hold with the agent, he called the hotel, and the hotel ignored the call. While I was standing to the side calling, at least 15 people of a different race entered the lobby and checked in with ease. I told him that I clearly had a confirmation email, but he rudely told me that I had to call. He then told me to get out of the line and call. I showed him the confirmation email, but he told me that I only had one room. The attendant said that I only had one room reserved. Once I arrived at the desk, I shared my name and confirmation info for 3 rooms and 12 guests. They also had the restroom blocked off, preventing patrons from being able to use it. Upon arrival, there was a long, slow-moving line in a lobby with no AC.
